i cant begin to tell you how happy i am about joining this gym. the instructors are great motivation to keep going even when you feel like giving up on the workout. i would recommend this place t anyone who wants to get in shape or stay in shape

i've never been the workout/ stay fit type. i have no discipline or drive to go to the gym and work out on my own. and then there's ilkb (shout out to sugar land location)... the class schedule is flexible to where you can find a time that works for you (i work full-time and i'm a mother of 2 toddlers). the instructors and class members are friendly so you don't feel awkward if you're attending class by yourself. the instructors get to know you on a one-on- one basis ... they make you accountable by keeping up with you. anddd last but not least, the classes kick your ass, but you'll love it and crave more because you survived the class and the results will follow. do it!!

starting ilovekickboxing was a great decision for me - the classes are fun and most importantly, effective. each session works out my entire body more than any other exercise, and the friendly staff and modern studio make it an enjoyable, inspiring experience. i would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to have fun, learn, and become more fit.

i joined ilkb two months ago, with no kickboxing experience, and it’s been the best workout! the classes are fun and the staff is energetic and friendly. i really like how your first class is supported with an instructor 1 on 1 to learn the correct technique for the moves. it really is a full body workout. they offer classes at times that fit with my third shift work schedule. it’s a great way to start my day!

have been going for almost a month and i love it. i’ve been to both morning and evening classes. whenever i go to the morning classes, i feel great the whole day. the classes are tough, but doable. the instructors are awesome, very motivating!!

every single one of the instructors is always positive and super motivating. i definitely have a lot more energy in my everyday life ever since i joined. if you are looking for a really great workout ilkb sugar land is the place to go.

i joined ilovekickboxing sugar land a few months ago because i wanted an exciting new way to workout. what i gained was a love for the sport. ilovekickboxing has high energy, fast-paced, and body-transforming workouts. the trainers are really encouraging, motivating, and keep you accountable. you need this in your life! couldn’t recommend ilkb more! you have to see it to believe it. get off your treadmill and drop your dumbbells. kickboxing is more than just exercise, it can also be self-defense, meditating, and just plain fun! tryout your first class for a low price and free gloves, i promise you will not want to leave without joining the family!!!

if you want a workout that exercises your whole body and can teach you some self defense, i recommend trying this out. you have instructors that have a 1hr lesson plan for you and room full of people that you could talk to and get encouragement from. the instructors and staff are very friendly and they each have individual styles of teaching. they emphasize form, and doing the best that you can. a plus is that they have a bomb ass music selection.

ilkb is a addictive one-hour intense workout and you will fall in love with it! ilkb sugarland is very clean, staff and instructors are very friendly. i feel great every time i walk out from the studio! highly recommend to those who want to look great, feel healthy and be happy!
