HCS Handyman Services

the wife decided she wanted the bathroom toilet, vanity, and sink replaced now. she had been waiting 5 years for me to do it but knees never healed. went on yelp and filled out my request - i chose robert at hcs handyman services from the 3 that answered (out of 6 requests). robert gave me an estimate after i sent photos and measurements. pros: arrived on time at 8 am saturday (i said the wife was in a hurry). completed the work in 3 hours for the exact price he estimated (so unlike most florida contractors). cleaned up everything including the dirt i accidentally brought with the handcart i had covered with a rug. made sure i inspected that there were no leaks, damage, etc. the wife is ecstatic!!! cons: he lives 40 miles away! highly recommend. most unusual find here in florida. yes, my wife is a fort meade girl and i was an army brat so i have watched and used a variety of craftsmen and "contractors" over 1/2 of the world so i know what i am talking about.
