this is the only company that took care of us. i am thoroughly impressed. really enjoyed and appreciated the excellent service. very consistent and responsive in times of need. you truly earned my trust. a company always takes appropriate actions to prompt loyalty.

i have a samsung refrigerator. the ice maker started to have problems as soon as the warranty was over. i checked several company and i felt philip understood the problem and advised me that he had the expertise to fix my refrigerator. i gave philip my model and serial number for my refrigerator and he ordered the parts and made arrangements with me. philip came over and fixed my icemaker and checked the drain system. i'm please with philip's work and he was very professional.

i called philip, he showed up at my house in 15 minutes, he diagnosed the problem, replaced some gas coils (he had the parts with him!) and a little while later - i was back in business! super nice man. would definitely call him again for any appliance repair needs.
