Melissa McIntyre, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, started Pure. to pursue her passion and have the ability to positively impact as many people as she can. Her previous experience in medical aesthetics and family medicine allows her to offer knowledgeable services with confidence to all of her clients.
She is versed in the use of Botox, Dysport, and the artistic techniques that are a part of sculpting with fillers. Melissa has a passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, and understands that we live in a culture that is incredibly critical of beauty and self-care. Being able to offer essential vitamins through IV hydration, medical weight loss options and intramuscular injections allows her to combine her passion with her career. “I want to help someone wake up in the morning, look in the mirror, and feel good in their own skin. I love to enhance my patients’ natural beauty and help them to address an area that perhaps they feel self-conscious about,” explains Melissa. Melissa’s education includes a BS (2011) and MS (2015) in Nursing which she obtained from Southern Connecticut State University. She is certified by AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
