MVWS provides services for the Non-Industrial and Industrial Private Landowners in eastern Ohio. We work with you to improve and enhance the woodland environment. We strive to maintain our reputation for quality work and timely service . Spun off Muskingum Valley Nursery, Inc. in 2001, this Division of our company works to provide forest management services to local landowners. Our founder, Jim Stafford, is a certified forester, graduating from the Ohio State University in 1976. With over 41 years experience in tree genetics, bare root nurseries and timber management, Jim is available for one-on-one assistance to meet your woodland goals and objectives. Mr. Stafford is a member of the Society of American Foresters, the Association of Consulting Foresters, the Ohio Forestry Association and the Ohio Mine land Partnership.
