Tengo un objetivo claramente definido: diferenciarme del resto de las administraciones de consorcios por la alta calidad de mis servicios. Logro esto con una atención ajustada a las necesidades de cada Consorcio; Represento un nuevo concepto en administración; me ocupo de GERENCIAR CONSORCIOS. Esto significa: Administrar el inmueble, las cosas de uso común y velar por su conservación. Atender y cuidar el buen funcionamiento de los servicios disponiendo el mantenimiento y las reparaciones necesarias de las cosas comunes e instalaciones. Cumplir con las disposiciones edilicias impuestas; por las autoridades nacionales y locales. Contratar la totalidad de los seguros obligatorios. Seleccionar al personal de servicio del inmueble y controlar su desempeño. Proveer a la recaudación y al empleo de los fondos para atender los gastos de funcionamiento, mantenimiento y conservación del inmueble. Cumplir y hacer cumplir la ley, el reglamento de copropiedad y el reglamento interno (si lo hubiese). Llevar los libros obligatorios del consorcio en forma. Mantener y custodiar los títulos originales del inmueble. Representar al consorcio ante las autoridades administrativas y judiciales. Dar cuenta de nuestra gestión en forma periódica y documentada. Desempeño la función con responsabilidad, integridad, lealtad y discreción; llevo a cabo mi gestión con PROFESIONALIDAD visitando regularmente cada edificio, estando en comunicación permanente y brindando una total transparencia administrativa.Dirección y teléfono de Lic.
