PANIFICADORA ESPECIALIZADA EN LA ELABORACIÓN DE GALLETAS MARINERAS La sociedad LUGAR DA VEIGA SLL se constituye en enero de 2005 para poner en marcha el proyecto empresarial “DAVEIGA producción responsable”. La ejecución del proyecto técnico de las instalaciones remata en octubre de 2005, pasando luego la fase de desarrollo del producto que dura ate junio de 2006, fecha en la que presentamos el producto en el mercado. EL CENTRO DE PRODUCIÓN LUGAR DA VEIGA dispone de un Manual APPCC y un SISTEMA INTEGRADO DE GESTIÓN DE LA CALIDAD Y SEGURIDAD ALIMENTARIA, que incorpora las certificaciones: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000 e IFS. Su centro de producción se encuentra asentado en el Polígono Industrial “Los acivros” en Chantada (Lugo), dispone de una superficie útil de 1.200 metros cuadrados y una capacidad de producción de 3.000 Kg de “GALLETAS MARIÑEIRAS” por día. El proceso de producción es muy flexible, esto permite a LUGAR DA VEIGA trabajar con una amplia gama de producto y dar una respuesta, rápida y adecuada, a las demandas de los diferentes canales de distribución y consumidores. RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL CORPORATIVA. LUGAR DA VEIGA crea la marca corporativa “DAVEIGA produción responsable” que nace con una filosofía clara de incorporar el concepto de “responsabilidad “ al mundo empresarial. Entendiendo esta responsabilidad desde varios aspectos de la actividad de la empresa: Responsabilidad con la salud del consumidor. Apostamos por la utilización de materias primas naturales y de calidad y rechazamos la utilización de materias primas manipuladas genéticamente así como la utilización de aditivos, saborizantes y conservantes artificiales. Responsabilidad con el desarrollo sostenido. Apostamos por un modelo de producción intensivo en trabajo, generador de valor añadido y respetuoso con el medio. Responsabilidad social.
