He is involved with a variety of committees and professional associations, and contributes to furthering the understanding of cancer treatment through participation in research studies and trials.He is the Head of the Breast Unit at Auckland Hospital and a partner at Breast Associates, a specialist clinic providing complete breast care. He is also the Clinical Director of General Surgery at Auckland Hospital.
