many many thanks to these guys. this is the 2nd house i have purchased with them and they are amazing. it was a completely different experience in today's market and they went above and beyond. there were 15 offers and we were 2nd but because of their communication with us and the listing agent, being completely organized and presenting a very clean offer, we got the home of our dreams. i can't recommend them enough.
