Best way to get fit! The staff is fantastic. I had never done anything like kickboxing before and they helped me learn the punches and kicks. I have so much fun there sometimes I forget I am working out. Can't wait to go back again :) #DontQuitGetFit

I love the fact that they set their hours to accommodate the majority! They want everyone to be included, and to feel included. The staff is amazing and the facility is ALWAYS clean and ready to go!

I love I love kicking boxing in Frederick!! This place is amazing the instructors not only push you but the encourage you to believe in yourself. Its not only any amazing exercise but an unbelievable stress relief! I have struggled for years with depression and really bad anxiety I was super nervous to try but when I'm at this studio I feel like it's one big family everyone there lifts you up. I look forward to going to workout everytime and I leave feeling amazing! It's a full body workout and it changes everyday so it's not the same old boring exercises day after day. Give it a try you will not regret it!

ILOVEKICKBOXING surprises me how much they care about their members no matter how they grow. They not only care about their members health, workout but they also care about the community. I really like how they keep you motivated during the workouts and keeping up my determination to achieve my goals.

Ilovekickboxing in Frederick, MD changed my life! I sleep better, I eat better, I have a lot of energy and I learned how transform negativity in positivity. I know that it is just the beginning, but I have my goal, my motivation and I will not stop. I feel that I found a new family in Ilovekickboxing in Frederick, MD that motivates me to be a better person, a healthy, fit and happy me.

I’d done kickboxing at another studio, but the staff here really make a point to get to know you and your goals, and push you just enough- but not too much. It’s a full body workout and I leave sweaty but feeling energized. I can’t make it as often as I’d like, but still, I look and feel much better. The price/packages are reasonable, especially for what you get (the occasional karaoke nights, etc.). I’ve referred several friends!

I’ve been struggling to get back in shape on my own for years and decided to give ILoveKickboxing in Frederick a try. I’m so glad I did because the staff are so friendly and motivating, the people in the classes are so nice and helpful, and the workouts leave me feeling so accomplished. It’s such a fun, family-like environment to be in and I look forward to each class. I’ve never been so excited to work out before!
