ILKB is amazing. I've always hated working out but they make it fun and the staff is so encouraging. I've been going for three months and can already see really progress. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

The best workout I’ve had in a while. I feel more energized even when I’m a little sore. The instructors are encouraging and the classes are filled with people of all fitness levels, so there’s no pressure.

I love kicking in Frederick! I’m so glad they came to town! It is now my new favorite hobby! I get a phenomenal workout without dreading it! The staff is very knowledgeable and always make me feel confident and motivated.

If you are having trouble motivating yourself to go to the gym, join iLoveKickboxing!! The trainers are wonderful and actually care about your fitness journey. The friends you make will make sure you stay accountable, and I bet you will find yourself wanting to workout more than you ever have!

I LOVE ilovekickboxing! The workouts are fun and hard and hit every muscle group! The staff is incredible and supportive. I HIGHLY recommend!
