this gym is my new favorite obsession. i love working out here, and i love all the instructors. my core is already toning up so much from the classes! the classes are always different and challenging!

ilovekickboxing is simply the best! the full body workout has given me abs which i haven't had since high school and my health has gotten drastically better (i have lupus). the staff are super friendly, motivating, and helpful. through ilkb, i've started to love my body. i couldn't have asked for a better studio to stumble into. thank you ilkb chelsea!

ilkb has saved me. i have been living with diabetes for over 23 years. after the doctors found a blocked artery in my heart, i decided i had to take control of my health. the workouts are different each day, and the chelsea family are all supportive and really care! my a1c has come down from an 9.7 to a 8.1 right after the 45 day transformation contest. slowly but surely, i will get the the goal of 6.5. i love kickboxing so much, i just renewed my membership for another year! woohoo!

from all the different workout classes i have tried, i have never seen such fast results in such a short period of time as i did with ilkb! i love the workouts and have now been a member for a year. the staff is super friendly and always there to help. even on days when i am feeling a little lazy to go to class, i am always happy i made it there! i really can't recommend this workout enough!!!

i signed up to become a member in june. it has been a very positive experience so far. all the trainers are friendly, helpful, and awesome. a great way to exercise and have fun.

ilovekickboxing, chelsea has been the best decision i have made for myself. they have most positive and motivating staff i have ever encountered at a gym. i am not one to go workout out regularly and i have come to work out 3-4 times a week ever since i joined. completely changed my outlook on fitness. :) thank you ilovekickboxing!

this place is amazing, the environment and the employees/trainers are so amazing and motivating! i have lost a lot of inches around my waist and i stay motivated with the help of the trainers tips and encouragement to continue living a healthy life! a must place to workout/kickbox at.

after my first class i was hooked! the workout is intense, but the instructors are there to motivate you through every second. the studio is also super clean. i would highly recommend ilkb if you're looking to switch up your workout routine! you won't regret it!
